Information on 4M changes (assembly process) of LSI products

Thank you for your business with Nippon Pulse Motor. We would like to inform you on the subject issue, which we have been notified from our subcontractor. We would appreciate your confirmation and understanding as follows:

1. Related product model: (80-pin QFP LSI):

2. Reason and content of the change:

We will change the assembly process in the production line to increase the stability in product supply. *The production will be continuously conducted by the same manufacturer; however, the manufacturing equipment will be changed within the same production factory.

3. Schedule of the change:

Product delivery start date after 4M change
PCL6115 and G9002A are scheduled to be delivered sequentially from April 2023.
G9004A will be delivered sequentially from August 2023.
*There is no change in "model name" due to this 4M change, and the new product can be identified from the current product by the manufacturing lot number.
